This policy covers our website, online booking (via Mangomint), in‑store/in‑person services, and digital content we provide. It does not cover third‑party sites we do not control.

  • Customer records & transactions: bookings, purchases, returns, membership status, gift card balances.

  • Payment information: processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Wellness inputs (optional):preferences or goals you choose to share to personalize your experience.

  • Internet/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location (city‑level).

  • Inferences (limited): preferences we derive (e.g., class types you like). 

  • Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): account login + password, payment token, and any wellness inputs you designate as sensitive

Sources of information

  • Directly from you (forms, checkout, booking, support).

  • Automatically from your device (cookies/SDKs).

  • From service providers/contractors acting on our behalf (e.g., Mangomint for scheduling, payment processors, shipping and email/SMS providers, analytics).

How we use information

  • To provide our services (manage accounts, bookings, purchases, returns, and customer support).

  • To communicate about appointments, purchases, policy updates, and service‑related messages.

  • To personalize content and recommendations (non‑targeted) and to measure/improve performance.

  • For security, fraud prevention, debugging, and to enforce our terms.
